Stage 1: 3D Design
Once an order is placed, the piece begins as a 3D CAD rendering. This is where structure is resolved before any metal is touched. Sizing, stone placement, prong geometry, and setting style are all worked out digitally first.
Stage 2: Casting
The digital model is printed as a wax form, then cast. The wax burns away and is replaced by 14k solid gold, which cools into the shape of the piece. After casting, the metal structure is checked for strength before setting begins. A piece that cannot properly support its stones does not move forward.
Stage 3: Stone Setting
