You may request a cancellation within 24 hour of purchase.  An address change could be applied any time before your order has shipped.  Please contact us directly at  customercare@ferkosfinejewelry.com with your order number in the subject line.

Yes, we offer gift cards for US orders. You may click on Gift Card to purchase a gift card for a loved one. Gift Card product is not supported for Non-US orders.

All our products come with a 6-month warranty, unless the product is damaged. Warranty is voided for items that have been serviced or altered by third-party jewelers.

You may be required to pay VAT/Import fee before your package is delivered. These taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer and generally included at checkout. If you have placed an order to an address outside of the US and Tax and duties are not added to the item total during checkout, please contact customer service.

Your purchase is likely to be an expensive one. We require signatures for orders above $650.  We would hate for your order to get lost in transit. If you for some reason you would like to waive this option, please email us at customercare@ferkosfinejewelry.com  

Please contact us immediately at customercare@ferkosfinejewelry.com">customercare@ferkosfinejewelry.com if you believe that your package was lost in transit. We will try our best to solve the issue. If the item has not been marked delivered and hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipment, we will replace your order free of charge (US Customers Only).

Please note that Ferkos Fine Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared 'Delivered' by the delivery service

Returns 

We gladly accept returns and exchanges.Just contact me within: 5 days of delivery, and ship items back to me within: 14 days of delivery.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns or exchanges for:·       

Custom or personalized orders · Full Eternity Bands · Items on Sale · Items purchased during Sales Events 

Conditions of Return Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. The items must be shipped back in its original condition and packaging.

Ordering a ring can be tricky if you aren’t sure about your ring size. While a jeweler can give you the most precise measurement, there are also ways you can measure your finger at home. Please refer to the Ring Size Guide.
