Cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Please note that shipping addresses cannot be modified once an order is placed. To change your address, we will need to cancel your current order so you can place a new one with the correct details. Yes, we offer gift cards for US orders. You may click on Gift Card to purchase a gift card for a loved one. Gift Card product is not supported for Non-US orders.

Please note that discount codes, promotional coupons, and Reward Points cannot be applied toward the purchase of a Gift Card. Our policy ensures that Gift Cards remain at their face value. If an order is placed for a Gift Card using a discount code or Reward Points, the following will occur:

• Order Cancellation: The Gift Card order will be automatically canceled.

• Refunds & Returns: If a payment was processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Any Reward Points or discount codes used during the transaction will be credited back to your account.

All our products come with a 6-month warranty, unless the product is damaged. Warranty is voided for items that have been serviced or altered by third-party jewelers.

You may be required to pay VAT/Import fee before your package is delivered. These taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer and generally included at checkout. If you have placed an order to an address outside of the US and Tax and duties are not added to the item total during checkout, please contact customer service.

Your purchase is likely to be an expensive one. We require signatures for orders above $650.  We would hate for your order to get lost in transit. If you for some reason you would like to waive this option, please email us at customercare@ferkosfinejewelry.com  

Please contact us immediately at customercare@ferkosfinejewelry.com if you believe that your package was lost in transit. We will try our best to solve the issue. If the item has not been marked delivered and hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipment, we will replace your order free of charge.

Please note that Ferkos Fine Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared 'Delivered' by the delivery service

Yes we do ship to PO Boxes. However, if your order is above $650 and signature is required, we cannot ship to a PO BOX.

Returns 

We gladly accept returns and exchanges. Just contact us, and ship items back to us within: 14 days of delivery.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns or exchanges for:·       

Custom or personalized orders · retiring products. 

Conditions of Return Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. The items must be shipped back in its original condition and packaging.

First contact us via customercare@ferkosfinejewelry.com. For your protection, please pack your returns in the original box, return your order with an insured trackable courier & retain your receipt. Ferko’s Fine Jewelry is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please include a note with your name and invoice number. We cannot refund shipping charges on return items.

Ordering a ring can be tricky if you aren’t sure about your ring size. While a jeweler can give you the most precise measurement, there are also ways you can measure your finger at home. Please refer to the Ring Size Guide.

We'd be happy to resize any item you purchase from us for free for the first time. Certain items such as Eternity Rings cannot be resized. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs.

Redeeming your earned points is easy! Simply apply your points for a discount at checkout! Points cannot be redeemed in combination with sales events, other promotions or discounts. There are no late fees for customers who miss a scheduled payment. However, partial payments or late payments might impact your credit score, or your eligibility to use Shop Pay Installments in the future. To request a refund, contact the store where you purchased your item. Using their return policy, the store will advise if a return is possible. If a return is possible, then the store will advise how much the refunded amount will be.
