Q: Are your diamonds ethically sourced? 
A: All the diamonds and gemstones used in all our products are ethically sourced.

Q: Is this item Real Gold or plated/vermeil, Will it tarnish and change color? 
A: All our products are 14k Solid Gold, it will not tarnish or change color.

Q: Is the Diamond / Gemstone genuine or Lab Grown? 
A: This piece features a natural Diamond/Gemstone.

• Examine your jewelry regularly for loose prongs and stones. If you feel a stone may be loose, contact our customer care team and refrain from wearing your jewelry until repaired.
• Remove jewelry before physical activity and store it carefully.

Shipping

To provide you with the most accurate timeline, a specific estimated delivery date for each item will be displayed once you select your preferred color and size. These dates are also clearly stated in your shopping cart, giving you a clear view of when your order is expected to arrive. Please note that the final arrival date may vary depending on the shipping method you select at checkout.

Returns

We gladly accept returns and exchanges. Just contact us, and ship items back to us within: 14 days of delivery.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns or exchanges for:

• Custom or personalized orders

• Retiring products
