A single marquise lab grown diamond lies sideways in a smooth 14K gold cuff, bezel set so the gold hugs every edge of the stone. The band swells right where the diamond sits, then tapers off thin and clean, giving this hinged ear cuff a sleek, sculptural little curve that follows the shape of your ear.

No piercing needed here. The hinge opens and clicks shut, so it hugs the cartilage snug and stays put through the day.
