Operations Manager (Cliffside Park, NJ)

Direct and coordinate activities of businesses concerned with the production, pricing, sales, and distribution of jewelry products. Review financial statements, sales, activity reports, procurement, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement. Direct and coordinate financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiency. Prepare staff work schedules and assign specific duties. Set objectives to ensure overall delivery and the best quality of all services to customers.
