Step 2: Receive Approval and Your RMA Form

Once our team reviews your photos, we will send you an RMA form along with the shipping address.
This step ensures that your items enter our system safely and are handled the right way from the very beginning.

Step 3: Ship Your Pieces with Confidence

Pack your items securely and send them using a fully insured shipping method.
Place the RMA form inside the package so we can match the pieces to you the moment they arrive.

Step 4: Let Our Experts Take It From Here

When your package reaches our bench, our experts clean, examine, and weigh each piece.

Then we send you a photo of your items on the scale, so you see the exact weight as we do, so the process feels as clear and precise.

If a piece includes non-gold elements, such as hinges or clasps, we subtract those from the final weight. This keeps the process fair and true to its purpose.

Step 5: Receive Your Store Credit

After everything is confirmed, your store credit code will arrive in your inbox. Then comes the best part, choosing the piece that brings you joy, crafted with the Ferko’s care you know so well.

Always Bear in Mind That:

• Only plain gold items qualify for Ferko’s LOOP.

• Jewelry with diamonds, gemstones, or any type of stone setting cannot be accepted.

• Items with mixed materials may receive deductions for non-gold components.
