Care Instructions

To keep your jewelry looking brand new, remember these simple tips:

For thorough cleaning, use a combination of warm water and mild dish detergent - gently scrub with a soft-bristled toothbrush.
Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasives coming in contact with your jewelry: hairspray, bleach, chlorine, toothpaste, etc.; exposure will dull the shine of precious metals over time.
Examine your jewelry regularly for loose prongs and stones. If you feel a stone may be loose, contact our customer care team and refrain from wearing your jewelry until repaired.
Remove jewelry before physical activity and store it carefully.

Shipping and Returns

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for unworn or unused items. Just contact us at customercare@ferkosfinejewelry.com with your order number within five (5) days of delivery, and ship the item(s) back to us within: 14 days of delivery (must arrive in our studio within 14 days of its delivery).

The following items can't be returned or exchanged.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns or exchanges for:

Custom or personalized orders
Full Eternity Bands
Items on Sale
Items purchased during Sales Events

Conditions of Return

All items must be returned in brand new condition; unused and worn.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for returns/exchanges that may get lost in transit. We always suggest our clients use a trackable and fully insured method of shipment.
The items must be shipped back in their original condition and packaging.

Baguette Cut Emerald Studs and Baguette Emerald with Diamond Ring

I found Ferkos looking for a dainty emerald "right hand" ring. After receiving the ring, which was impeccably crafted it became clear I should really have another emerald element somewhere... So why not earrings!? Quality control in jewelry design is something Ferkos Fine Jewelry understands, implements and excels at, the studs are perfect. It just so happened that my sister celebrated some milestone achievements, one being her birthday, she is also a "May baby" and her idea of the perfect gift was the dainty ring.
