We gladly accept returns and exchanges for unworn or unused items. Just contact us at customercare@ferkosfinejewelry.com with your order number within five (5) days of delivery, and ship the item(s) back to us within: 14 days of delivery (must arrive in our studio within 14 days of its delivery).

Conditions of Return
All items must be returned in brand new condition; unused and worn.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for returns/exchanges that may get lost in transit. We always suggest our clients use a trackable and fully insured method of shipment.
The items must be shipped back in their original condition and packaging.
